Back in the rough and tumble days of the 1920s, Harbor House was a Chinese laundry...tucked in-between a saloon and a hotel. That was then. This is now.
Today, Harbor House is a cozy, fully-refurbished, upgraded vacation rental home located just an easy amble away from Fort Bragg's Noyo Harbor, one of the very last commercial fishing ports on the Northern California Coast. And, even though the saloon and hotel are long gone now, the romance and ambiance of Old Noyo still prevail.
Go sport fishing on a party boat. Visit Coast Guard Station Noyo. Buy fresh albacore, dockside, right off the boat in the Marina. Celebrate the Fourth of July at the World's largest Salmon BBQ. Explore the Noyo Basin in a kayak. Dine at more than a half-dozen of the Mendocino Coast's most popular restaurants. All that and more awaits you, literally in your own back yard at Harbor House.
Among its many amenities, Harbor House offers a formal, competition class horseshoe pit (complete with lights for nighttime games)...a protected outdoor dog run...three flat screen TVs...distant harbor views...and, one honking-big gas BBQ begging to be grilled on.
