There is one very good reason why we named this unique Oceanside home Lighthouse Point . . . and, it lies right before your very eyes: a stunning view down the coast to the world famous Point Cabrillo Lighthouse, sweeping its beam across the Mendocino Caspar South Headlands and out across the Pacific blue waters beyond.

Newly-decorated, Lighthouse Point offers private, multi-level living on a private road of upscale residential homes within easy strolling distance of Caspar Beach and store. Also, there is a neighborhood colony of sea lions and waterfowl.

A hot tub, set apart from the house in the fully landscaped clifftop garden, delights guests with sunsets, moonlight, and star filled nights never to be forgotten. And Lighthouse Point welcomes your pet as well.

Inside, Lighthouse Point is contemporary and spacious, featuring full upgraded amenities and it is freshly furnished. Lighthouse Point includes a beautiful living room with a wood burning stove and a panoramic window that looks out on the water just 30' away.

There are two fresh bathrooms and four spacious bedrooms (two with a bird's eye view of the cove below) that sleep eight (8). The sofa hide-a-bed takes the accommodation total to ten (10). The dining room looks out on a spirit-warming sun porch which looks across the garden directly out to the edge of the rocky white water cove below.

And, there is yet-another plus at Lighthouse Point. It is located right next door to MCR's elegant House #18 - Cove House, which can be rented in-tandem to meet your vacation needs.
