A well established popular and well loved vacation rental. Perfect place for your family reunion, retreat or gathering of friends and family in this amazing 3600 sq ft home. Within walking to Caspar Beach, beautiful sunsets and plenty of room for everyone. This home offers a Gourmet Kitchen with top of the line Subzero appliances, 2 ovens and a grill. Very well stocked with spices, utensils and dishware, you can easily prepare a family sized meal. Big dining table seats 10 comfortably with a ocean view. In the spring time enjoy the beautiful enclosed garden that bursts with blossoms and color. The main living area features a great room with cathedral ceilings and leather furnishings. At night enjoy the Point Cabrillo Lighthouse light sweeping across the point.
There is a spectacular hardwood Deck that is huge, features seating for a group, a covered area with teak dining table and chairs, and a gas grill.
This property also has a separate studio apartment which can be rented in increase your group to 12 adults. Located on the same property, 100 feet away from the main house.
