Located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood just minutes from the ocean, this newly-remodeled contemporary home offers uncommon peace and serenity, inside and out.

The interior features multi-level living spaces inspired by subtle Japanese design; natural light, colors, and woodwork…view windows everywhere, allowing the outside to come in…comfortable, uncluttered furnishings…a soaking tub/shower combination in the master bath... and, a second floor deck for sunning during the day and star-gazing at night.

Outside, there’s an acre’s worth of forested yard to explore…and, a network of low traffic, residential roads for hiking and biking…and, back home again, a hot tub for just plain old relaxation.

Same Time Next Year lies between Mendocino Village and Fort Bragg... a perfect jumping-off spot for enjoying everything the Mendocino Coast has to offer.
