Built by one of the area's founding families, Sea Haus is steeped in the look and feel of Mendocino history, yet its modern appointments keep you as safe, snug, and comfortable as a cat curled up in front of the fire. #33 Sea Haus boasts an ocean view in a quiet, residential neighborhood. A fenced deck and backyard area provide privacy for barbecues and get-togethers . . . plus a great play area for kids. (Sorry no pets allowed.)

For grownup fun, #33 Sea Haus is just a lazy stroll from the Village's renowned art galleries, shops, restaurants, cliff side headlands, and expansive Big River Beach. One of your nicest neighbors is the Mendocino Art Center, famous for its world class ceramic workshops, textiles, artist showings, and the Helen Schoeni Theater which is home to the delightful Mendocino Theater Company.
