Originally built in 1869 by one of Mendocino’s founding families, Spring Ranch is filled with antiques and original 19th century furnishings, restored and ready to be used and enjoyed.

No closed-off rooms or velvet ropes in this special vacation getaway. It is a piece of the past that you can actually live in…just as it has been for generations.

Spring Ranch features high ceilings, carved stair railings, and original old growth redwood moulding and trim throughout the multi-levels of the house.

There is a massive stone fireplace…a distant ocean/headlands view…and, lots of room to roam outside among eucalyptus trees. There is even a pumpkin patch and cornfield, just to keep things appropriately – rural.

Spring Ranch is located on scenic Highway 1, just minutes south of Mendocino Village, providing quick and easy access to every experience that our beautiful Coast has to offer.
