Among the amenities at VIOLET BEA COTTAGE: a private hot tub tucked beneath a genuine Mendocino wooden water tower, a soaking tub in a separate bedroom suite, three-level living, with lots of room and plenty of privacy, all new furnishings and appliances, a gourmet kitchen, central forced air heating, a Danish glassfront woodstove, stereo music throughout the house, an ozonated water purification system. There's even a small Japanese garden to provide peace, quiet, and instant stress-relief in unlimited amounts.

VIOLET BEA COTTAGE still offers its unmatched view of Mendocino Bay from a brand new deck, of course. And, as for the neighborhood, well, the Mendocino galleries, restaurants, shops, Headlands, Art Center, live theater, and other special attractions are still just the same; a short and pleasant walk away in any direction you choose.

Rates are calculated to the nearest dollar, starting with a two-night minimum, based on the time of year, length of stay, and number of people in party. Rates include all fees - Processing, Cleaning, Hot Tub, Pet (if applicable), the Transient Occupancy Tax and the Assessment Tax. All information including Amenities, Hot Tubs, Rates, Minimum Stays during Peak Periods, and House Availability, is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and is subject to change.
